So last night Mendelssohn Club sang the Mozart Requiem in Camden with an orchestra called Symphony in C. The program title was "Unfinished Masterpieces." The orchestra also performed Schubert's Symphony No. 8 "Unfinished."
The performance venue was on the campus of Rutgers Camden. The chorus had to hang out in a classroom during the first half of the program. The classroom was on the small side, the chorus is on the largish side. I thought this view of singers in limbo was rather interesting. Here we all are, all dressed up with nowhere (yet) to sing...
